I went to my doctor's office for blood work and was more than pleasantly surprised with my Cholesterol levels. In September 2009 I had my blood draw and my total chl. was 234. I exercise, eat pretty well, I had my blood drawn again this April and the total chl. Went from 234 to 215. But what was really exciting was the fact that my HDL (good chi) went from 88 to 117! My LDL (bad) went from 120 to 84! In the past I have had a problem being regular, but since I have been on the Chia Running Food, that issue has been resolved.I told him the only thing that I have done differently was I had started taking Chia Running Food 6 weeks prior to the date my blood was drawn.

I have been on Running Food for about three weeks. I have taking it daily. I have suffered with IBS for 5+ years and I noticed an improvement almost immediately! I have been taking Chia for over three weeks and I am feeling energized! I went on a training run last week for the Mountain Goat Race and felt great! We ended up running 7.2 miles. The training runs are very organized and they provide the 600 runners with 3 water/ Gatorade stops. Usually, I would stop for a drink, but surprised myself and did not. Chia kept me hydrated and feeling great! I plan on refueling with the Chia seeds on my longer runs to keep my endurance and hydration up.

Since we started taking Running Food we literarily are now running barefoot in the park. We find Running Food gives us an extra kick and a more even burn of energy throughout the day and since learning about the benefits of running barefoot we enjoy our neighborhood park together in ways we never had before. I cannot pinpoint exactly what it is; however, I have realized that if I do not take Running Food the day before, I have an extremely hard time getting out of bed that next morning. I have worked 23 years on the 4pm to 12pm shift and have always struggled to get up in the morning. I love taking chia. It is rich in nutrients and high in fiber. I am always looking for foods that add a lot to my diet and chia is certainly one of them. It keeps my body regular and hydrated also. I add it to my morning cereal hot or cold) and to yogurt or peanut butter or tuna fish or smoothies so far. It is so easy to add in your daily diet.

Dear Natures Chemistry,
I love your product. I have been taking your Chia flour for nearly 2 months and I can honestly say my energy level has increased tremendously. I no longer "crash" at 3:00 p.m. and I don't need to grab a cup of coffee or eat something to energize myself. I have also noticed that I am not hungry throughout the day. I sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia each day on my oatmeal, and I am full until lunch. I am definitely hooked and will be a continued customer.
